A year after his overwhelming appearance at Jazz em Agosto, Mariam Rezaei returns to the festival with his creative ferocity drawn from the highly experimental sounds he extracts from the turntable. The quartet, which also includes Mette Rasmussen, Gabriele Mitelli and Lukas König (saxophone, piccolo trumpet and drums respectively), takes its name from a work by Goya and dynamites genres as daily practice. "By integrating noise, jazz, electronic music and pure madness", this quartet says in its presentation, "it does not sit passively waiting for something to happen".
