Beethoven Violin Concerto

The precocity of violinist Clara-Jumi Kang is revealing of her uncommon qualities: she made her concerto debut with the Hamburg Sinfonie at five years old, won a scholarship to study at Juilliard School at seven, began mentorship under Daniel Barenboim at eleven and, a year later, was performing with the conductor in Chicago. Her exceptionality continued to be proven in moments such as the recording of the Beethoven Violin Sonatas cycle, which she recorded in 2021, with pianist Sunwook Kim.
