Mário Rainha. When music brings dances from here and there, embraced by the encounter between a violin and a concertina. Between water mazurkas, air polskas, earth circles and fire scottishes, tradition is renewed, reinterpreted and recreated. Understand that here traditional music from bygone times is transformed and new pieces are composed, blending current inspirations with traces of the past. A journey across Europe, gathering Italian, French, Swedish, Portuguese and other dances. Between group and partner dances, everyone is invited to dance. Denys Stetsenko, a native of Ukraine, has been learning classical music since childhood and from 2003 onwards has immersed himself in traditional and improvised music, joining the groups Monte Lunai and Dancing Strings and participating in various European festivals of music and world dance. Meanwhile the musicality of Eva Parmenter has been stimulated for music and dance since the cradle by her father, in a way both playful and passionate.
