The Pleasure of Cinema – A Gaiola Dourada

The project "The Pleasure of Cinema" proposes the organization of regular quality cinema sessions aimed at the general public, with special focus on the senior population. The initiative aims to promote social inclusion, access to culture and the valorization of the elderly through carefully selected film screenings. More than entertainment, the project proposes cinema as a space for conviviality, memory and intergenerational dialogue, recognizing the fundamental role of older people in preserving cultural identity and strengthening community life. Cinema, as an artistic language and means of expression, awakens memories, stimulates critical thinking and fosters dialogue about different generations and historical contexts. Programming regular, quality sessions is therefore a way to value culture and senior citizenship, transforming the cinematic space into an environment of sharing, memory and affection.
