DIVINA COMÉDIA

Bahram is a 40-year-old filmmaker who has spent his entire career making films in Turkish-Azeri, none of which have been shown in Iran. His most recent work, again rejected by the Ministry of Culture, pushes him to the edge of rebellion. Alongside his producer, Sadaf — sharp-tongued and forever on a Vespa — he embarks on a clandestine mission to show the film to the Iranian public, circumventing government censorship, absurd bureaucracy and his own doubts.
