Participatory artistic project - Coro do Recomeço

In recent years, and in various regions of the country, D. Maria II has been developing ongoing work promoting participatory artistic practices. Now, within the scope of Prólogo, the public is invited to join the Coro do Recomeço, a symbolic moment of encounter, participation and collective construction that aims to mark the Theatre's return to the city.

Conducted by the ondamarela artistic structure, this choir will explore, through music and performance, forms of active participation in the life of a theatre. The project will culminate in a public sharing, presented in September, as part of D. Maria II's reopening programme.
