As a member of the ECHO network – European Concert Hall Organisation, composed of a set of prestigious concert halls throughout the European continent, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation once again opens its doors to host the Rising Stars cycle. Throughout an intensely musical day, the focus will be on rising stars in the interpretation and creation of contemporary music, allowing the public to witness live the exceptionality of some of the young artists selected to be part of Rising Stars. Once again, the programme favours a diversity of proposals, with performances by musicians of exceptional talent. In the context of Open Doors, varied programming and a festive musical atmosphere in an informal setting are made available.
