Marco Rodrigues sings Carlos do Carmo

Marco Rodrigues takes the stage with a show that evokes the memory and legacy of Carlos do Carmo – his reference and major figure of Fado. With the solidity of a career built on respect for tradition, the fado singer revisits the themes from the album Canta Carlos do Carmo, a deeply personal and heartfelt recording, which was distinguished at the IPMA Award and nominated for the Play – Prémios da Música Portuguesa.

In this concert, Marco Rodrigues also performs some of the most striking themes from his career, such as "Tempo" and "A Minha Casa" – a song finalist at the Festival da Canção 2024 –, revealing a repertoire that is built between the heritage of the great names of Fado and the distinctive voice of an interpreter of his generation. A heartfelt tribute, in a concert that celebrates Fado and the memory of Carlos do Carmo.
