Laura, a French comedian based in Lisbon, is one of the most original voices of the new generation of stand-up comedy in Portugal. With a charming French accent and a sharp view of cultural differences, she has become the only French person doing comedy in Portuguese and, possibly, the only French person speaking Portuguese in Portugal. She became known to the general public after her participation in Got Talent Portugal 2025, where she won over audiences with her intelligent and charismatic humour. Her most recent show, Está Tudo Sob Controle, is a hilarious and honest portrait of a French woman trying to survive in Portugal: mother of three children, recently separated and dating a "tuga a sério". With self-deprecating and observational humour, Laura invites the audience to laugh at their own fragilities, showing that we are all just pretending that everything is under control.
